What is Milan Luxury’s shipping policy?
We normally ship with 2 business days from the reception of the order. If we cannot ship within 2 business days we will cantact you by phone or email. Our shipping and handling fee depends on the items purchased.
What is Milan Luxury’s return policy?
For all eligible returns, Milan Luxury will accept returns within (14) days of when the package was received by the consumer. All items must be unused and in original packaging. Credit will be made to the member's account. If a product is eligible for a return, it will be indicated on the product information page, within the Sales Event. Please note that items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Because Milan Luxury is an event-oriented sales business, purchases are not exchangeable.
